Pet Cycle은 가족이 반려동물 돌봄 할 일을 함께 나누는 앱입니다. 밥·산책·약 같은 할 일을 담당자와 반복 주기로 등록해 두면, 마감 시각에 담당자에게 알림이 갑니다.
자주 묻는 질문
로그인은 어떻게 하나요?
Apple 로그인과 Google 로그인을 지원합니다. 이메일·비밀번호 가입은 없습니다. 기기를 바꿔도 같은 계정으로 로그인하면 가족과 기록이 그대로 보입니다.
가족을 어떻게 초대하나요?
설정 → 가족 구성원에서 초대 링크를 만들어 전달합니다. 상대가 링크로 신청하면 방장이 승인해야 가족에 들어옵니다. 링크는 언제든 재발급하거나 무효화할 수 있고, 신청은 거절할 수 있습니다.
알림이 오지 않습니다.
- iOS 설정 → 알림 → Pet Cycle에서 알림이 허용돼 있는지 확인해 주세요.
- 앱의 설정 → 알림에서 원하는 알림이 켜져 있는지 확인해 주세요.
- 알림은 할 일의 마감 시각(또는 설정한 사전 알림 시각)에 담당자에게 갑니다. 담당자를 지정하지 않은 할 일은 가족 모두에게 갑니다.
- 집중 모드·방해 금지가 켜져 있으면 도착이 늦어질 수 있습니다.
반복되는 할 일은 어떻게 만드나요?
할 일을 만들 때 반복을 매일·매주·매월·매년 중에서 고르면 됩니다. 한 회차를 끝내면 다음 회차가 자동으로 만들어집니다. 마감이 지난 할 일은 미완료로 바뀌고 가족이 알 수 있게 알림이 갑니다.
시간이 실제와 다르게 보입니다.
할 일의 날짜와 시각은 가족의 기준 시간대로 표시됩니다. 설정 → 가족 → 기준 시간대에서 바꿀 수 있습니다.
탈퇴하면 제 정보는 어떻게 되나요?
앱의 설정 → 회원 탈퇴에서 직접 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 계정·이메일·프로필·알림 토큰은 즉시 삭제됩니다. 혼자 속한 가족은 그 가족의 반려동물·할 일·기록과 함께 삭제됩니다. 구성원이 있는 가족의 방장이라면 먼저 방장을 넘겨야 합니다. 남은 가족에 남긴 기록의 삭제를 원하시면 위 이메일로 요청해 주세요.
불쾌한 내용이나 사용자를 신고하고 싶습니다.
댓글은 초대와 승인을 거친 가족 안에서만 보입니다. 댓글은 직접 삭제할 수 있고, 방장은 구성원을 내보내거나 가입 신청을 거절할 수 있습니다. 추가 조치가 필요하면 위 이메일로 알려 주세요. 확인 후 조치합니다.

Pet Cycle Support
Pet Cycle helps a family share pet care tasks. Add tasks like meals, walks and medication with an assignee and a repeat schedule, and the assignee gets a notification when the task is due.
Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in?
Sign in with Apple and Google sign-in are supported. There is no email and password sign-up. Sign in with the same account on a new device and your family and records are still there.
How do I invite my family?
Go to Settings → Family Members and create an invite link. When someone applies through the link, the family owner approves the request. The link can be regenerated or revoked at any time, and requests can be rejected.
I am not getting notifications.
- Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Pet Cycle and allow notifications.
- Check Settings → Notifications inside the app.
- Notifications are sent to the assignee at the due time, or at the reminder time you set. Tasks with no assignee notify everyone in the family.
- Focus or Do Not Disturb can delay delivery.
How do repeating tasks work?
Choose daily, weekly, monthly or yearly when you create a task. When one occurrence is done, the next one is created automatically. A task that passes its due time is marked as missed and the family is notified.
The times look wrong.
Dates and times are shown in your family's time zone. You can change it in Settings → Family → Time zone.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
You can delete your account in Settings → Delete Account. Your account, email, profile and notification tokens are deleted immediately. A family where you are the only member is deleted together with its pets, tasks and records. If you own a family that has other members, transfer ownership first. To remove records left in a family that still exists, email us at the address above.
How do I report content or a person?
Comments are visible only inside a family you were invited to and approved into. You can delete comments, and the owner can remove members or reject join requests. If you need anything else, email us at the address above and we will review it.
