개인정보처리방침
Pet Cycle(이하 “서비스”)은 가족이 함께 반려동물 돌봄 할 일을 나누는 앱입니다. 서비스는 돌봄 기능을 제공하는 데 꼭 필요한 정보만 처리하며, 광고·분석·추적 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보

2. 이용 목적
- 회원 식별과 로그인 유지
- 가족 구성원 간 할 일·완료 기록·댓글 공유와 담당자 지정
- 마감·연체 등 할 일 알림 발송
- 서비스 오류 확인과 부정 이용 방지
3. 보관 기간과 파기
- 개인정보는 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보관합니다.
- 탈퇴하면 계정, 이메일, 프로필, 푸시 알림 토큰은 즉시 삭제됩니다. 혼자 속한 가족은 그 가족의 반려동물·할 일·기록과 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 다른 구성원이 있는 가족에 남긴 할 일·완료 기록·댓글은 남은 가족의 기록으로 보존되며, 작성 당시의 표시 이름이 함께 보일 수 있습니다. 삭제를 원하시면 아래 연락처로 요청해 주세요.
- 서버 요청 기록은 운영 환경의 로그 보존 기간이 지나면 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
4. 제3자 제공
서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
5. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 맡깁니다. 데이터베이스와 서버는 대한민국(서울) 리전에 있습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리
- 앱의 설정 → 프로필에서 표시 이름과 아바타 색상을 언제든 수정할 수 있습니다.
- 앱의 설정 → 회원 탈퇴에서 직접 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
- 알림은 기기 설정 또는 앱의 알림 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
- 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지는 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있으며, 지체 없이 처리합니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)되며, 로그인 정보는 기기의 보안 저장소(Keychain)에 보관합니다.
- 데이터베이스 접근은 권한이 있는 서버로 제한합니다.

Privacy Policy
Pet Cycle (the "Service") is an app that lets a family share pet care tasks. The Service processes only the information it needs to provide pet care features, and it uses no advertising, analytics or tracking tools.

2. Why we use it
- Identifying members and keeping you signed in
- Sharing tasks, completion records and comments among family members, and assigning tasks
- Sending notifications for due and missed tasks
- Diagnosing service errors and preventing abuse
3. Retention and deletion
- Personal information is kept until you delete your account.
- When you delete your account, your account, email, profile and push notification token are deleted immediately. A family in which you are the only member is deleted together with its pets, tasks and records.
- Tasks, completion records and comments left in a family that still has other members are kept as that family's records, and the display name used at the time may remain visible. Contact us at the address below to request their removal.
- Server request logs are deleted automatically when the log retention period of the hosting environment passes.
4. Sharing with third parties
The Service does not sell or provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law.
5. Processors and international transfer
We use the providers below to operate the Service. The database and servers are located in the Republic of Korea (Seoul) region.

6. Your rights
- You can change your display name and avatar color at any time in Settings → My Profile.
- You can delete your account yourself in Settings → Delete Account.
- You can turn notifications off in your device settings or in the app's notification settings.
- You can ask us to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal information at the address below, and we will act without delay.
7. Children's information
The Service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
8. Security
- All communication is encrypted (HTTPS), and sign-in credentials are stored in the device's secure storage (Keychain).
- Database access is limited to authorized servers.
